"Ledprofline" was established at the beginning of 2016. The purpose of the creation - is the organization of production of the innovative LED lighting. Innovation is to create a fundamentally new main element of the lamp - an aluminum case with technical characteristics that exceeds far the existing samples of competitors. During 2016 and the first half of 2017, a full-scale production was created, which includes now design and technology department, laboratory, machining and assembly production, marketing and sales department. Design capacity is up to 5000 fixtures per month. The production is cooperative and the supply channels of individual components are provided. Tests and certification of lamps in Ukraine and Europe have been performed. Degree of protection from environmental impact - IP 67. In June 2017, LLC "Ledprofline" received a certificate for the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015.

The concept of the enterprise is the production of high-reliability, high-quality lighting fixtures with high-quality equipment for illumination of streets, highways, settlements, enterprises, institutions and organizations (external) and industrial premises, trade, warehouse space and other objects (internal).

The enterprise development plan involves several stages of creating a range of products. At the first, LPL-1 and LPL-2 series lamps with a capacity from 60 to 300 W were created. The second stage involves the creation of fixtures with a capacity of 20 - 60 watts. Estimated date is the first half of 2018. At other stages, other types of fixtures will be created.

When the LPL-1 and LPL-2 series lamps were creating, the designers were asked to create a shell that, in addition to aesthetic, technological and technical problems, should solve the main problem - to prevent the LEDs and the power supply from overheating, to provide an efficient cooling system.

LED lamps are the newest, most effective achievement in lighting technology. In the world LEDs are manufactured with different quality. But everyone has one significant drawback: they disastrously lose their characteristics when overheat. Characteristics of high performance of LEDs and their long lifetime depend on the operating temperature and ambient temperature.

The higher the temperature is, the shorter will be the period of effective operation and the greater the degradation of the LED, that is, the irreversible significant reduction of the light flux. For example, in the leading manufacturers of LED matrices, the indicators at the maximum operating temperature on the crystal of an LED of 850C are normalized. In addition, the temperature should be measured on the crystal of the LED, and not on the radiator, which most manufacturers do not inform about.

The designers of LLC "Ledprofline" managed to create an original body-radiator made of foundry aluminum, which at compact dimensions 160x160x280 mm has a cooling area of 0.64 m2 and allows the use of LEDs in LPL-1 lamps of 60-150 W. The double design of the LPL-2 lamp allows a capacity of 160-300 W. Weight LPL -1 = 5.8 kg, LPL-2 = 10.1 kg. The construction of the LPL radiator shell provides efficient cooling of the COV-matrix. The area of the horizontal surfaces of the radiator housing, which can accumulate pollution that affects the heat output, is less than 5% of the total cooling surface, and the main cooling surface is concentrated on the vertical edges. This solution prevents from gunpowder, sand, leaves, snow, wastes of birds.

Due to this design, the wind load decreases and the self-cleaning of the lamp is provided by rainstorms and winds, which in turn allows you to reduce significantly the cost of periodic cleaning or completely avoid this process. The above constructive solutions make impossible further reduction of the heat output under different operating conditions, which is especially important when using fixtures in countries with hot climates and for indoor lighting of various objects with elevated temperature conditions. Most manufacturers do not count their constructions above factors and give the technical parameters that were obtained in the laboratory.

Also important is the base of the radiator housing, which is attached to the LED solar mat with the help of special heat-conductive adhesive, which has a thickness of 15 mm, and provides maximum and even heat output with a temperature difference up to 100C throughout the whole radiator housing, in contrast to the lamps of most manufacturers, in which the base of the radiator is 4-5 mm thick.

The radiator housing is covered with polyester paint with excellent parameters for atmospheric stability, corrosion protection, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and a higher heat emission factor than when anodized.

POWER PLANT: Mean Well (Taiwan) ELG and HLG series (best price-quality ratio) are provided with short-circuit protection, overload, overheating, overvoltage, aluminum shell, which has a much better heat output than other analogues and provides reliability and longer lifetime. The power supply data line features dimming and smart dimming. Dimming - Adjustment of power and light flow by additional lines of control of groups of fixtures. Intelligent dimming - programming of the power supply from the PC through the program, which allows you to select the optimal modes of operation of the lamp. The graph of step-by-step power level and operating time at each level is set during programming and in the future, automatically adjusted by the moments of switching on / off the lamp. This approach allows you to implement control of local fixtures without additional control lines. Manufacturer's warranty on power supplies is the period of 5 (7) years. The power supply is located in the housing of the lamp and is filled with a conductive compound, which improves greatly the heat output to the radiator housing and greatly increases the reliability and lifetime of the lamp.

OPTICS: A single lens of shock-resistant borosilicate glass is used with the necessary diagrams of light curves, incl. for street, industrial and spotlight lighting.
